Reaching Pisa airport from from Grand Hotel Duomo

Galileo Galilei International Airport is the main airport in Tuscany and is in the area of San Giusto, two kilometres and a few minutes from the city centre of Pisa. The city airport can be reached in about 10 minutes from Grand Hotel Duomo of Pisa by taxi. If you prefer moving around by public transport, Pisa airport is well connected to the central train station by means of an elevated monorail line called Pisa Mover.
Since the distance is so short, those who do not have heavy luggage to carry could maybe reach the Pisa railway station on foot: the stroll is along the tree-lined Viale dell'Aeroporto and takes about 30 minutes.

If you have rented a car at the airport to use to move around the city and region, we would like to inform you that there is a private parking service provided by Grand Hotel Touring Pisa for an additional cost.
