The restaurant’s kitchen of the Grand Hotel Duomo Pisa offers an a la carte menu with traditional, sea and land, Tuscan dishes that vary periodically according to the changing seasons.
For example, in winter, the fixed proposal includes a selection of Tuscan soups, the most famous is the caciucco (fish soup), accompanied with our chef’s handmade bread and the excellent EVO oil from Tuscan olive trees.
Each dish is prepared using seasonal and preferably local ingredients, and, thanks to the chef’s skill assisted by the cooking brigade, the best recipes of the Tuscan and Italian cuisine tradition are recreated with a modern touch.

From March to October, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Tower Sky Lounge at Grand Hotel Duomo Pisa creates the ideal setting for an exclusive happy hour with that special extra benefit of a unique view of the city. Sip a drink or have an aperitif in good company, especially on warm spring evenings, an experience we invite you to try. Our maître can suggest excellent Chianti and Tuscan wines and local artisan niche beers for tastings upon reservation.
The wine list completes and exalts the Grand Hotel Duomo Pisa restaurant offer. An expert maître is at your service to suggest the best pairing to enhance the flavours of each dish. The wine cellar available to the restaurant offers a variety of mainly Tuscan wine, especially Chianti red wines.
