Indoor Bar and restaurant
Located on our mezzanine floor inside the hotel, they will be open during the following hours:
BAR | from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Format 1 drink + 1 appetizer, starting from €20.00 per person.
Reservation is required.
RESTAURANT | from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Dinner served with menu à la carte.

Bob's Lounge is the American Bar on the mezzanine floor of Grand Hotel Duomo Pisa. With its name, this bar pays homage to Bob, the historic and exceptional barman who offered his professional skills and human qualities for many years.
Bob's Lounge has met royalty and stars of Hollywood, glamorous princesses and rock stars, becoming the guardian of a thousand stories flowing spontaneously in front of a good glass and in front of the heart of those who know how to listen.
Roberto, Bob for everyone, is a true icon of Grand Hotel Duomo Pisa. He spent many years at the lounge bar counter serving exceptional Martinis with the same impeccable style to ordinary tourists and great stars of the national and international jet set. Why not share a few names? Sophia Loren, Vittorio De Sica, Fred Astaire...

The Lounge Bar of Grand Hotel Duomo Pisa, open seven days a week until late in the evening, is a meeting place to spend time together sipping an aperitif but also the landing place for a relaxing meditative break at the end of the day. A grand piano dominates one side of the room and often colours the atmosphere with its musical notes, ideal to accompany your private events.
